48 hours goods Preparation

We guarantee all the orders will be arranged to transfer to the carrier company within 48 hours as long as the payment is cleared. Tracking number will be sent by email when the order is shipped.
In addition, the following facts may delay the delivery:
1. large amount or variety of your order.
2. You request to change the number or category of your order before shipping.
3. Public holidays or weekends, Staffs may take their days off.
In case of the above situation, our customer service will inform you by email in advance, explain and ask for your suggestions.
What to do if out of stock?
Since the large quantity of goods are shipped from our warehouse, sometimes temporary out of stock may happen, in this case we will contact you as soon as possible, you may choose what to do from the following suggestions:
1. If the goods will arrive in a week, you may choose to wait for the goods。
2. If the goods will take long time to arrive, you may replace another one.
3. You may give your ideas to our customer service for further help.
